Administrative Coordinator

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment where you are constantly learning new things? Suburban is looking for someone to join our Pre-Construction Team as a Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in scheduling, organizing, and planning work throughout multiple departments. This position requires strong attention to detail, someone who is a self-starter and an excellent communicator. Are you up for the challenge?


  • Must be a master multitasker who can take on multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Tracks all aspects of estimate requirements in Cosential, M-drive, Box, and/or accounting software, maintain all relevant logs and spreadsheets
  • Assists with analyzing data and creating reports for bid history, market analysis, and sales
  • Advanced planning/scheduling, organizing, and attention to detail needed
  • Tactful in their dealings with people by using good customer service and interpersonal skills, while communicating effectively with clients and managers
  • Works alongside Estimators, Project Managers, and Senior Managers to assist with developing customer presentations
  • Able to facilitate meetings within the Estimating, Design, and Account Management departments
  • Owns and maintains career path by always growing and cultivating their gifts and talents to reach their highest potential
  • Prepares bid and plan documents, assists with takeoff, and provides needed support for estimating and engineering projects


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 – 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to read construction drawings is a plus
