As a Service Manager, you’ll shock us by:

  • Meeting with service customers on a regular basis to ensure that we are providing quality service and meeting their individual needs.
  • Proactively communicating with and seeking feedback from service customers. Seeking to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining direct operational control for delivering service in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Overseeing dispatching and coordinating customer calls, while collecting accurate information at the time of service.
  • Resolving customer problems that have escalated from the Service Lead level.
  • Performing site visits constantly to ensure that the workmanship meets the required specifications and is of the quality that Suburban Electrical customers have come to expect.
