This position is focused on producing precise, high-quality, and detail-oriented work. Coaching and support will be provided by leadership to ensure our team members reach their highest potential.   • Installs cables and terminates devices to required standards
  • Has the ability to learn codes and read plans when applying jobsite installations
  • Working in a collaborative team environment to learn and develop skills needed to build your career
  • Maintains a professional, courteous, and helpful disposition when communicating with customers, supervisors, and peers
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic work ethic, meeting, and exceeding expectations of supervisors
  • Ability to identify and install all field devices related to access control, CCTV, burglary, fire, and data systems
  • Tests devices as required by the customer
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated lifelong learner; likes to experience new things; asks a lot of questions, always learning to achieve their highest potential
  • Willing to travel within WI and neighboring states


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months related experience and/or training
  • NICET I Certification in Fire Alarms Systems preferred
