High School Youth Apprenticeship
The Youth Apprenticeship is designed for High School students to gain experience and training in the Electrical field to help them decide their career path. Suburban Electric commits to training our Youth Apprentices by giving the best training from our team members to ensure they get a well-rounded knowledge of the Construction Industry.

On a yearly basis, every Suburban team member fills out a document that highlights their career aspirations, which is then followed by a detailed discussion and action-plan that is put together with their respective Manager. Continuing Education
At Suburban, we firmly believe that learning never stops. Once new team members are on-boarded we continue to further their skills and knowledge by offering various trainings and workshops, ranging from employee ownership, leadership, and financial literacy trainings, to hands-on tools and safety trainings. Suburban fully acknowledges that without continuous education and improvement, we will never allow our team members to truly reach their highest potential.
