Service Contracts
One of the most common pain points in manufacturing is that automation systems can be very complex, and in today’s job market it’s as challenging as ever to retain, recruit, and train skilled team members that have a full understanding of your systems. To help fill this need, Suburban Automation provides the option of Service Agreements to all our customers. Our customers have the option to purchase a block of work hours in advance, which can be used throughout the year at a discounted rate.
Here are some of the benefits that our Service Agreement customers have experienced:
- 24/7/365 automation support while your maintenance and automation staff are on vacation or off-the-clock
- Additional support to address complex automation challenges
- Scheduled visits to address incremental improvements
- Additional support during planned downtimes
