How does it challenge you?

Working in service presents new challenges constantly, you have to always be on your toes and thinking outside the box to solve customer related issues. Having knowledge and expertise with the different product lines and software we work with is also a challenge I enjoy.

What is your career path?

Right now, I’m really enjoying where I’m at in service. I’m constantly performing different tasks, which keeps it more interesting. Working with my hands is something that I have come to enjoy.

At the end of the day, I go home…

Safe and eager to spend time with my wife and daughter, while also making time to enjoy my hobbies.
