I wanted to send you an email to state how happy I am with Chase's help getting my mom a fall alert. He explained everything to my 93-year-old mom in a wonderful, simple but exact way. This was a very big step for my mom in dealing with another limitation in her life. Chase made it easier, and he even had my mom smiling. Thank you, Chase! Chase came to my mother's home today and met with her, myself, and my sister to set up her new alert device. His warm and friendly manner, in combination with his organized, thorough explanations, immediately put my mom at ease and made all the difference for us in learning the features of the device. Additionally, we acquired a good understanding of the system support she will receive as a new customer. As a seasoned nurse, I am well aware of how a single person can positively impact a patient's day and their health outcome. Chase did that today for my mom.
