Human Resources Coordinator

Suburban is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team, the ideal candidate will be precise, thorough, and a strong communicator. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with team members through open trusting communication. This position requires an advanced level of detail and the ability to achieve goals consistently and efficiently. Are you up for the challenge?

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as one of the primary contacts for team members to address HR issues, questions, and concerns while maintaining good working relationships and building credibility with all team members
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and practices
  • Conducts new hire orientation to ensure smooth and friendly transition within the company
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, assisting with benefits enrollment, and ensure all required paperwork is complete
  • Daily record maintenance and data integrity of HRIS systems including team member files, scanning documents, etc.
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, benefits and compensation administration, leave and ADA administration, and legal compliance requirements
  • Actively participates in team member communications and coordinates company and community events
  • Maintains HR-related dashboard and metrics
  • Strong data entry and PC skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Bring to The Table:

  • Minimum of Associates degree in Human Resources or another related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
