APPLETON, Wis. (February 13, 2025) – Suburban Enterprises, Inc. announces the acquisition of a new 40,000-square-foot building located on 3300 E. Venture Rd. in Appleton, Wis. to support the continued growth of its four divisions: Electrical, Automation, Fabrication, and Technology.
Suburban Fabrication will utilize a majority of the shop and warehouse space to meet increasing demand, allowing it to handle larger, more complex projects that can be shipped nationwide.

The new facility, which is located near the north I-41 and Highway 441 interchange, became operational in December 2024. The current Suburban Enterprises headquarters at 700 N Lynndale Drive in Appleton continues to house corporate offices and the growing Electrical division.
Suburban’s new facility will drive job growth in Northeast Wisconsin, creating opportunities across all divisions.
