How does it challenge you…

The industry is new to me so I am constantly learning new things that I can apply to my work. Some of the tools I am using are also new to the company so it is exciting to be part of driving the company forward.

What is your career path…

Still being fairly new, right now it is simply to excel in my current role and find ways to add value to the company as we implement new tools. Then we will see what comes next!

At the end of the day, I go home knowing…

I work for a company that is doing the right things and cares about its employees and I try to do my best to make it a great place to work and help advance the company.
