How does it challenge you…

The challenges are plentiful as an Estimator. Whether it’s that large bid that’s going out today, a customer that’s looking for a viable solution to a problem they’ve been experiencing , or collaborating with fellow team members to align ourselves to win a project, there is always something that keeps you “on your toes!”

What is your career path…

Right now, I am focusing on being the best Estimator I can be but when that changes, I know there are opportunities waiting for me here when I am ready.

At the end of the day, I go home…

Satisfied that I have made a difference and that I have set the example for others that has been firmly set for me.
