The Manufacturing Estimating & Process Engineer converts customer requirements into accurate cost estimates and complete manufacturing process packages. This role serves as a technical liaison among Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and profitably. Responsibilities include estimating labor and material costs, developing manufacturing documentation, creating drawings and work instructions, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement.

This role manages the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, supporting selection decisions, extending offers, and facilitating a positive transition into the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

The Purchasing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Purchasing team by maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring orders, coordinating inventory transactions, resolving supplier and invoice issues. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely procurement, accurate inventory management, and effective communication between suppliers, purchasing, accounts payable, and internal stakeholders.

The Apprentice Manager owns the end-to-end development of the company’s electrical apprentices, administering an indentured apprenticeship program that builds a safe, technically skilled, and promotable workforce in support of the Electrical Division’s growth. Serving as the primary point of contact, coach, and program administrator for every apprentice, this role partners closely with field leadership, talent acquisition, and human resources to keep the apprenticeship pipeline strong and each apprentice progressing on schedule.
