Suburban Enterprises, Inc., is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring the top talent to Suburban Enterprises. Play a key part in helping us build our workforce of the future!


  • Owns full life cycle of talent acquisition and recruiting activities: posting, assessment, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.
  • Partners with managers to determine hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans that build extensive candidate pools to fill current and potential needs.
  • Aggressively networks in the marketplace to source candidates through a variety of strategies.
  • Trains Managers on the interview process, best practices, and behavioral-interviewing techniques to identify candidates aligned with our core values and leadership traits.
  • Maintains metrics, data, and analysis measuring the effectiveness of all recruitment efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Effective and efficient utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
  • Evaluates, recommends and implements process improvements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, marketing, advertising or equivalent.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions.
  • Previous experience with full-cycle recruitment in construction or manufacturing preferred.
  • Professional certification – PHR, SPHR, or SHRM preferred.
